The proposed high rise condominium development entails the construction of three (3) individual towers rising out of a common podium and is consisting of a basement and 52 levels of construction on a land with 240 perches in extent. The total built up area of the proposed development is approximately 115,000 square meters (sq m) including roof terraces, podium and transfer floor and provides approximately 880 apartment units of 16 different typical layouts.
